Grunt Software was founded by Kerry Washington, who joined the Litecoin Foundation in 2017 and began volunteering on Loafwallet (soon rebranded Litewallet), spending 7 years improving and maintaining that open-source wallet. Brainwallet takes everything people loved about Litewallet and adds modern features with a gaming twist.
