Hospital Visit History and Appointments
You can keep a history of your hospital visits and arrange and manage future appointments. You can also easily take notes during your hospital visits.

Test Results, Medications, etc.
You can view the results of blood tests, imaging studies, health checkups, and medications (prescriptions) from medical institutions.
Note: Identity verification is required at medical institutions affiliated with NOBORI.

Sharing Function
You can also manage your family's medical information in the same way.

Myna Portal Integration
By linking with the Myna Portal, you can view, save, and share information within the NOBORI app.

Health Management, Life Chart
By linking with Apple Health, you can manage your daily health data within the NOBORI app. In addition, you can review medical information and healthcare information at the same time on the Life Chart.

Daily Records
You can manage records and schedules for blood pressure, medication, and vaccinations. It is also possible to leave notes about your daily concerns.

Information on the NOBORI Paid Plan
NOBORI can be used free of charge, but to continue storing and viewing data that is more than one year old, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan of 100 yen (tax included) per month per user.

・ For 2 users (1 month): 200 yen per month (tax included)
・ For 3 users (1 month): 300 yen per month (tax included)
・ For 4 users (1 month): 400 yen per month (tax included)
