Galaxy Note 9 and they say the app isn't compatible with my phone anymore. Update: Instead of working over the app to make it compatible with previous IOS the answer from the support service basically is, get a new phone. Well eff them.

why telecom as app name? I look for post or mypost and never find it. And then extra option pricing for 5g mobile intensionally (USA) with 100mb for 5€, 1gb for 25€. You do know we are in 2026 right, ripp off!

You should offer 5G with Basic+. Orange does this at the same price and data volume. With higher speed you might make more money as the data quota could quickly be consumed :-). So when my contract expires, I'll switch to Orange due to this. Now you only include 5G with bigger packages. App often fails to load history, requiring re-logon. Always had this bug, easier to use the web interface as this bug is missing.
