Lutheran Church has its origins in Germany, with the break with the Pope by Martin Luther. Martin Luther was one of the religious leaders leading the Protestant Reformation.

Protestant Christianity was formed during the 16th century when theologians condemned the corruption of the Roman Catholic Church leadership.

Lutherans believed in salvation through faith alone, the priesthood of all believers, and that the Bible is the sole authority of the faith.

I'm a full blown Lutheran, I have a Lutheran Celtic Cross with Celtic Wings on my left arm, & this "Lutheran Bible free" app has WAY MORE than my paper Bible has in it. BECAUSE this app has the Old Testament & the New Testament, & it also allows you to take notes. I just wish that it would have a place for you to ask questions/explain the passage or passages in a way that even little kids, &/or people with learning disabilities, could understand. That would make this app even more appealing.

Easy to read. Faster than a print Bible in looking for particular verses. I'm not too fond of the computer generated audio for this app. Other than that, this is a great app!

Learning so much from this app and I've never really been a biblical person let alone read a Bible, but this gives me lots of education and is very easy to read it even has an option for you to have the audible read to you if your like me and learn easier that way. ;) I recommend this app to anyone.
