Ratings and reviews

Reservation functionality is total fail. For excample - I am trying to reserve my tickets to ski resort. I got the time when needed, but in the pyament step I got an error that all reservations are made. Basically I some one other took my reservation, because bookle does not reserve it for me for couple of minutes, when I'm proceeding the payment. Total fail. Edit after Bookla response : Then how it is possible, that after choosing the possible time just after second or two I hade a an error?

the app is useless. at least for peak times it is impossible to book anything, says there are no free slots when there are, and displays free slots when there already aren't. Connection to server is unreliable too. Too bad this is chosen as the only reservation method for some services.

Overall all is ok, but. As a first i use app, i choose time, then app offers several options and bottom is confirm button. Until i read all options (first time) then my time spot is already gone. I suggest that when i tap on available date, then app reserves that time for me for several minutes.
