About this app

This app has been created as a modern version of the Latvian folk song collection Nightingale, a legendary conductor Robert Zuika compiled by well-known Latvian folk songs.

Folk united Roberta Zuiko conduct Legionnaires' choir during the war and in later years the US Latvian family living in camps Garezers. They are able to unite the Latvian people at any time, so Mr Zuiko still bringing children and young people to learn folk songs to the latest generation keep our traditions.

With the help of patrons Latvian Latvian schools and opened schools abroad have been sent to more than 25 thousand stock Nightingale book. Last year, the ZUIKO President expressed his desire to folk collection booklet Nightingale have access to 21st century Latvian youth appropriate way, namely mobile phones. The project was created in response to this desire, and to once again thank you for ZUIKO's contribution to Latvian folk music and the preservation and development.
