About this app

The application of the Rural Support Service Animal Register (previously e-ldc) is intended for reporting various events related to farm animals to the state register and ordering collars.

A new user can connect to the application using the Latvija.lv Single Application portal.
Existing users of the Animal Register can use the already created Animal Register (formerly LDC) username and password.
In the app it is possible to:
• Register a new herd;
• Register a new storage facility;
• Register events for animals of individually marked species - cattle, sheep, goats and horses:
o Calving
o Marking (except for horses)
o Jumping
o Castration/sterilization
o Exclusion of marked animals
o Exclusion of unmarked offspring
• Submit reports on other species (poultry, rabbits, bees, pigs, etc.);
• Report the movement of animals
• Order rattles;
• View the results of SIA inspections;
• View only created but not submitted documents (drafts) and submitted documents.
