Cannot redeem any points. App is useless due to this. Constantly tells me some lame error message about "cannot redeem points, try again in a few minutes or contact system admin." Now I get some cheesy message with a sloth on a surfboard saying whoa you're moving too fast try again later...... How about y'all try to get your app to work properly now and I wouldn't have to try again later.

Ran into a couple of bugs, when you rotate your phone it will reload the app so any message you were typing will be gone. While checking out redeemable rewards once I clicked on the points boost option it continuously kept popping up and became very annoying to navigate the app. Had to restart to fix. The app doesn't feel optimized and feel pretty slow have to make sure you don't miss click or you'll have to wait another 10-15 seconds. The app idea is very good just needs to be updated more.

Absolutely terrible programming and a complete oversight that pushing the back arrow on your phone completely closes the app without even a prompt instead of sending you to the previous page you were on in the app. If it's not intuitive, it's not easy to use, and the back button is one of those deal-breaker issues.
