Solar-On is an intelligent IoT solar monitoring platform that integrates smart AI and next-generation wireless communication technologies. To optimize the operational efficiency of solar power plants and maximize asset value, it supports real-time data management and precise control via web and mobile apps.

1. System Configuration

• IoT RTU Terminal (RM-C500S): Utilizing the LTE-Cat.M1 wireless network, it enables stable data collection without the need for wired installation. It guarantees high reliability by obtaining SKT network conformity and KC certifications, and connects with inverters via RS485/UART interfaces.

• Weather Sensor Node: It collects detailed power generation environment data by linking a precision inclination solar radiation sensor with an integrated temperature and humidity sensor.

• Cloud SCADA: All data is stored in a time-series database and visualized through the control system.

2. Integrated Control Dashboard

• Integrated Dashboard for Operators: Manage multiple power plants at a glance. It provides features optimized for O&M companies, such as individual and bulk Excel registration, sorting by power plant and status, map-based location tracking, and user access authorization, and also supports CSV downloads.

• Integrated Dashboard for Users: A customized screen for power plant owners that visualizes operational indicators, including comparisons of power generation (previous day/previous month/year-on-year), daily generation revenue, CO2 reductions, and hourly weather forecasts.

3. AI-Based Smart Diagnosis and Analysis

• AI Intelligent Alarm: AI analyzes issues beyond simple thresholds, such as RTU communication failures, inverter malfunctions, and power generation efficiency degradation, to generate automatic alarms. The history of these alarms allows for the management of inspection details and processing status (in progress/completed), supporting systematic maintenance.

• PR (Power Performance Index) Analysis: Analyzes actual power generation performance relative to solar irradiance from various angles. It diagnoses the root causes of efficiency degradation, such as panel contamination or inverter degradation, and provides accurate performance reports through temperature coefficient correction (-0.4%/℃). • In-depth Data Monitoring: Provides detailed data for professional management, including detailed history per inverter, voltage and current monitoring per MPPT channel, and revenue graphs linked to SMP/REC unit prices.

Manage anytime, anywhere via dedicated Android/iOS apps.

• Real-time Push Notifications: Minimizes power generation losses by accelerating response speeds through immediate push notifications in the event of inverter failures or communication failures.

• User Convenience Features: Supports both Dark Mode and Light Mode, and its intuitive menu structure allows for flexible utilization of the powerful features of the PC web on smartphones.
