Works relatively well. I'm a customer; it was a welcome alternative provided by a tech who came to my home to provide additional Fobs, which come with a hefty price tag. The tech certainly did not oversell, said the app was glitchy, which it was for some time. It would randomly sign you out. But, once you sign back in, it worked fine (many updates have addressed that!). I never had issue with it failing to function. I've used it from other cities and countries to arm/disarm without issue. 🙏🏾

I think there's a problem while trying to add an automation rule for an area thay only has one partition. It doesnt allow you to add a scheduled armed (away) option

1) Not receiving notifications. Fixed 2) Labeling error. Had labels front and back on 1 and 2. The front door was open but the app indicated that the back was open. Removed the labels and the correct number showed as open
