The "My digital identity" application allows you to use your national electronic identity card (CNIE v2) or new generation Moroccan residence permit, to easily and securely access your online services.
The digital identity ensures that you are the natural person you claim to be on the internet. The information contained on the card associated with you, such as your surname, first name, date and place of birth, is verified when the card is read. The presentation of this card is required by the partner whenever he deems it necessary. The digital identity also offers a reduction in the number of different identifiers and passwords to be memorized to access the various online services.
Very simply and in a minimum of steps, if you wish, you can activate your digital identity from your mobile equipped with an NFC reader. If your mobile is not NFC compatible, you can start activation on the Citizen Portal and then finish at a Kiosk in a CEDI near you or on a phone equipped with NFC technology.
The protection of your personal data is reinforced. The use of the new electronic identity card allows partners to authenticate you remotely with certainty. To strengthen the protection of your identity, facial recognition may be requested by the partner to verify that the person presenting the card is indeed its owner. None of the data read on the card is stored centrally, they are transferred directly to the partner following authentication without being stored. Each use of your digital identity (authentication, change of password, etc.) is tracked and can be viewed from your Citizen Portal Space.

I think you must perform well to fix these problems..... the app is good, it offers a lot of good features, but it all failed when I try them so.

It doesn't work at all It stays in a loop or crashes, great potential but useless at the moment. I can't connect to any service tied to this app now, a shame!

As usual, anything administrative released has bugs, i have the latest updates, and still, the app is crashing and asking me for updates when no updates are pending!!! I have tried 30 times to log in!!!
