My Building is your digital ledger for managing your rented apartments and shops, designed for the Arab landlord: a fully Arabic interface, ready-made official documents, and complete offline functionality.

■ Building Layout
List your property floor by floor. Each floor shows its rooms, tenants, and the amount of rent collected.

■ Overdue Renters in One Click
A dedicated tab instantly shows you who hasn't paid, the total amount due, and includes buttons to contact the tenant directly and record the payment.

■ Payment Receipt and Lease Agreement
Generate an official receipt with a serial number and the amount in words, or a detailed lease agreement with all its legal clauses. Print it or send it as a PDF file.

■ Expenses
Record water, electricity, internet, and maintenance, and see your net profit calculated automatically.

■ Browse Months
Open any past month and see its complete balance: income, expenses, and overdue payments.

■ Guarantee
Record each tenant's deposit. It is kept separate from your profits as it is a retained amount that is returned at the end of the contract.

■ 36 Currencies
AED, JOD, SAR, GBP, LIRA, as well as EUR and USD for those renting outside their country. The currency applies even when writing the amount in words on receipts.

■ Security and Privacy
Your data is only on your phone. No server, no account, no connection. Lock the app with a passcode or your fingerprint, and save an automatic backup in a folder of your choice.

■ Monthly Alert
Receive a notification on a day you specify each month with the names of those who have not paid.
