About this app

My Copier Workshop is the mobile application for workshop teams. It allows you to track operations related to copiers: identification, refurbishment, cleaning, quality control, and inventory, according to each employee's access rights.

FEATURES

• Secure login with your employee ID and password
• Dashboards on the home screen: view of stock levels and minimum stock levels for relevant models
• Identification and tracking of devices according to your authorization
• Refurbishment: access to lists and workshop records defined by your organization
• Cleaning: tracking of cleaning operations on equipment
• Quality control: processing of QC reports
• Inventory: viewing quantities in your stock area when configured on your employee profile
• Profile: viewing your information (name, email, work phone number), language selection (French/English), and changing your workshop password
• Interface available in French and English

A valid employee account and appropriate access rights are required to use the corresponding screens.
