If I wanna to rate juat the App, I'll give it 5 stars. But unfortunately, everything else was a bad experience. Eventhough I live in Matn, my location was not covered for delivery. After going to pick up the goods, the bill increased 30% due to difference between App prices and cashier system prices. Lots of goods were out of stock which was not mentioned in the App. It was just a waste of time and effort.

Ive ordered around 4 times and every time theirs a problem and the order takes up to 1h30 min 2 h to get delivered, even once it didnt arrive and the call center didnt reply. Bad service.

Worst experience ever! They price items in USD!!! Moreover, they confuse customers with the rates, as if they buy their items instantly, APP is misleading when it doesn't have the LBP rate for invoices before you see them with the delivery staff, while the customer services contact is not supportive 🙄 Uninstalled the APP and blocked the customer's contact number.
