This is absolutely stupid! Why is this company constantly messing with things that are working? This new app is garbage. Verification codes are delayed and not working. All this is happening on a weekend (when people really need to be able to check their accounts the most) and now I'm having to take time out of my day to drive all the way across town to deal with these people. I'm letting things settle and looking for a different financial institution. This is the last straw!

This app is horrible. The older version worked better and was up to the minute on every transaction, this one your lucky Friday's transactions show up midday on Monday. Another example of people trying to fix something that wasn't broken to start with

I've been using encore app for a long time now it is very good it is handy to check on if anybody's getting in your account or not. But I am learning more and more about this app. Thank you
