About this app

This is an Android application, with which you can look up the pronunciation of Chinese characters in multiple languages (including Middle Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Min Nan, Korean, Vietnamese and Japanese), or look up Chinese characters with a given pronunciation in these languages.

Ratings and reviews

I had already installed it, but only when looking for a wwwjdic alternative, I realized that I had this jewel. It's great that the readings of Korean and Japanese are in those languages. 非常感謝。

Despite it hasn't been updated for a while it's pretty useful, with a rich database. No ads.

Useful for those of us into Sinology and Sino-Xenic pronunciations. Kinda wish it had definitions too but good to see such a niche app. Nothing you can't find online but good for when you have no internet.
