Maki is a professional B2B SaaS platform that digitizes the in-store operations of local and national supermarket chains end-to-end.
Developed to accelerate traditional shelf control and expiration date (EXP) tracking processes, Maki brings together store personnel, purchasing department, and management teams in an integrated workflow. Thanks to its Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) architecture, each user only sees the screens and data within their authorized area, eliminating operational confusion.
KEY FEATURES:
📸 Fast Barcode Integration
On-site market personnel scan the barcodes of products on the shelves in seconds using their device's camera. Current shelf price, warehouse stock status, and expiration date information in the system are instantly displayed on the screen.
⏳ Dynamic Expiration Date and Discount Management (Workflow)
When products with approaching expiration dates are identified by store personnel, a "Discount Request" is created with a single click via the system. This request instantly appears on the screen of the Purchasing department in the central office. The purchasing officer determines and approves the appropriate discount rate, and field personnel update the shelf label with the new price. Waste is prevented, and profitability increases.
📊 Centralized Data Management
System administrators (Admin) can upload the main price and expiration date lists of all branches to the system in Excel format in bulk. Price updates are synchronized instantly on the screens of all field personnel.
🔒 Corporate Security and Device Lock
To maintain the highest level of data security, account authorizations are only done by company management. Thanks to the device lock mechanism, access to personnel's corporate accounts from unauthorized devices is prevented. All transactions are recorded in audit logs along with user identities.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Maki is a corporate closed-loop system. Individual accounts cannot be created within the application. To log in to the system, you must have a corporate account (with the role of Personnel, Purchasing, or Admin) defined in your name by the system administrator of the institution you work for.
