I have an order management system and let customers who use my system use your app. After the update, there was a problem that the receipt could not be printed. After testing, I found that the problem was printing HTML format (type=4). Please fix this as many customers are having serious problems right now. Update: I contacted the team and it was quickly resolved.

It's strictly a mobile device app even though it claims USB. They meant USB from a mobile device through the mobile web browser. There is no desktop PC version to install. Confusing GUI and their paid option is basically we pay monthly for life to use their app free of ads. The ads that do pop up can be full page ads with countdown timers. No thanks. LabelLife is free and has PC desktop APP and PC browser extensions with no ads ever.

Rating a 4 bc the useability and smoothness of actual printer connectivity and app to print wireless is on point and very smooth Interface however is a little hard to learn and a little confusing however the app brings it all back to 4 out of 5 for the in browser capabilities
