I've lost count on how many times I can't transfer/purchasing e-money on time because this stupid application didn't manage to send the verification code, and usually in a very long time.

Stupid bank with very risky without customer authentication and clarification. I got my email subscribed to bankmayapada.id without my prior knowledge. I think this bank should have a better system for their banking operations.

Big Banks never Provide The Best Mobile Apps, all difficult to open when it Lock. This Bank I think will not survive if they not changes the system and provide with following the IT Era. We The Millennials says "Bye Old Bank System and Welcome to New Bank provide The Easiest"
