Order and cancellation reliability
- An order edited before it syncs now uploads correctly, instead of getting stuck and lost
- Cancelling an order now reliably reaches the server
- Unsent orders and cancellations are no longer lost when a sync arrives before they are sent
- Order numbers now reflect when the order was created
