Moldtelecom presents you the ”My Account” application for managing your services from smartphone and tablet.
Discover how easy is to manage your account and what are the possibilities of My Account app, available on your smartphone and tablet, anytime and whenever you want. The application allows you quickly to check your account status, to activate additional options and services.
In ”My Account”, you need to use a separate user account for each service: Unite, Internet and / or IPTV.
My Account possibilities:
For Unite services: • Find the balance, available internet traffic, minutes and SMS • View your rate plan • Manage the hierarchy • Get the information from the last invoice • Activate additional options and services • Manage services: Roaming, UniteTalk, Multiscreen Go
For Internet and / or IPTV: • Find your account balance, service status • View information about the subscription, TV quantity • Activate additional options, thematic packages • Manage Multiscreen service • View the list of IPTV channels

IMPORTANT to know: - Authentication in the application is done with the items from the Web version (login and password) of ”contulmeu.moldtelecon.md”. - If you don't have an user yet, you need to create a separate account for each service. For Unite, registration can be made by phone number, for Internet and/or IPTV by contract number. It is important to associate an account with an existing email address. - The traffic used to download the app is charged according to the standard rate. - The application is available in 3 languages (RO, RU and EN)
