The 12plus app gives you quick and easy access to the official 12plus.md platform — a safe, free and confidential virtual space dedicated to teens from the Republic of Moldova aged 12 and over.

12plus is a platform developed by the National Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse (CNPAC), with the aim of supporting teens on their path to adulthood. Here you will find emotional support, useful information and resources to better understand the changes you are going through.

💬 Chat with a psychologist — free, anonymous, confidential
Talk online with a licensed psychologist, specially trained in working with teens. About school, friends, family, anxiety, sadness, first love, peer pressure — any topic is welcome. You don't have to give your name or reveal personal details.

📚 Zone A — articles for teenagers
Clear and relevant information on topics that interest you: how to maintain emotional balance, how to cope with stress, how to build healthy relationships, how to recognize bullying.

🎬 Vlog — psychologists explain
Thematic videos with psychologists that address important topics about love, relationships with parents and age-specific challenges.
