TimelyCare is an all-in-one solution that provides 24/7, easily accessible, private, and direct mental health and medical services to foster student success and improve the health and well-being of campus communities through equitable access to care.

Based on an academic institution’s subscription to TimelyCare’s services, enrolled users can access virtual visits via the app or website with a nationwide network of care providers, including but not limited to doctors, counselors, nurse practitioners, health coaches, and success coaches. All visits are 100% confidential and secure.

The platform’s services include scheduled mental health counseling, on-demand emotional support, on-demand and scheduled medical care, psychiatric care, health coaching, on-demand or scheduled student success coaching, basic needs assistance, faculty and staff guidance, peer support, and self-care content.

TimelyCare’s digital self-care includes a community for peer-to-peer support, self-care content on topics like stress, anxiety and relationships, success courses to help students navigate common academic, financial and career challenges, and self-care journeys designed to help users navigate the unique health challenges they face and achieve better health and well-being.

very helpful. recommend this for anybody struggling with any aspects in your life no matter how small. I was able to talk to a success coach within 5 minutes and she provided such great insight, goals. and feedback on how I could work on my procrastination and do better in my classes. I feel so optimistic and less stressed about my classes!!! :) the. Coach I spoke to was extremely sweet friendly positive and really did her best to understand me! :)

When I try to login, it takes me to my browser to a Microsoft login page (according to the link) but it's just a black screen.

I have to log in every time I open the app, so I can't reschedule my appointments or cancel them. There's no way to view my currently scheduled appointments without clicking on a link outside of the app, which only brings me to the login screen.
