About this app

LDS® (Laboratory Decision System) app is specifically designed for physicians, other practitioners, laboratorians and students for instant (on bedside) answer to laboratory testing needs. LDS® is a test ordering and utilization management software that utilizes our proprietary scoring system to assist healthcare providers and care managers in selecting the most relevant tests based clinical relevancy and medical necessity.



Tests can be ordered based on procedures or CPT codes, diseases, and ICD10 codes. Each time an order is placed via the LDS platform by a healthcare provider, our system will suggest the most appropriate/common diagnostic ICD10 code and LCD for such tests to meet medical necessity for better reimbursement.



Included in this vast database is content for each test, including test overview, clinical utility, interpretation, reference ranges, specimen collection, additional testing, LOINC codes, CPT and ICD10 codes, along with references used for publication that can be utilized for test directory and as a resource for providers and laboratorians.
