BULBA is a Belarusian product.
The BULBA mobile application is a quick way to transfer money from card to card. The application, developed jointly with Belagroprombank OJSC, makes transferring as easy as transferring cash from hand to hand.
Transfers are available between cards of Belarusian banks, as well as to cards of foreign banks. The list of available countries is indicated in the "Limits" section of the application.
The application supports payment systems Mastercard, Visa and BELKART.
Transfer funds from card to card is available without registration. Registration in the BULBA mobile application is free and is not required. Registered users get the opportunity to bind their cards, access to the translation history.
The term for crediting the transfer depends on the beneficiary's bank; in most cases, crediting to the cards of the recipients takes place within a few minutes. For registered users, all translations are saved in history.
Translation security is ensured using 3-D Secure technology (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, BELKART-InternetPassword). The application does not store any secret information (PIN codes, CVV codes, passwords from 3D-Secure).
When transferring, the application reflects the amount of the commission. You can always find out the cost of a translation before it is confirmed. Detailed information in the "Rates" section.
You can make a transfer both by card number and by mobile phone number of Belarusian operators (for registered users).
“Transfer Request” is a quick and secure request service for transferring money to the Recipient’s card, without transferring open card data to the Sender in the form of a link or a QR code.
When you first download the application, a mobile phone number will be requested. To confirm registration, an SMS message with a code will be sent to this number. In the application window, enter the received code and click the "Continue" button. You can change the password to access the application in your account. It is available by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the application window displayed after a registered user enters the application.
You can add bank cards to the application. To do this, select the map icon and click the “+” icon. The card number can be entered manually or by scanning the phone’s camera. The card can be assigned the status "Default".
If you periodically send funds to the same card, save this payment in order not to enter the data again next time. If necessary, select the desired translation in the "My bookmarks" section.
