I appreciated the information about types of naps but was very disappointed to see that this is just a timer, which is a function that all phones have already. It needs some customizable features, such as do not disturb, ability to choose own alarm sound, etc.

Perfect app for taking or sheduling naps. In addition great at calculating proper sleep cycles. Simple to use. The only app that has these 2 functions.

What happened with the updates? now it just a basic timer. I remember there's a one touch button to start the alarm but its gone now? ===== Thanks for the updates with the new features!
