I logged in with a VPN and it verified me quickly and all that but, when I deposited $8 and bought the card for shopping purposes, I terminated my card in an instant and when I reached out to customer service, they went ghost and didn't reply for the entire day, then when I tried to login back to see if they replied I couldn't login again for some odd reason, it always says "failed to sign in" everytime, can you please address my issue?

I was charged twice for unknown transactions and had to chase an unresponsive support team just to get my money back. The app is unreliable, communication is unacceptable, and I’m lucky I tested it with a very small amount. I would never trust this service with real money.

My recommendation to users is to refrain from using this app. After a few transactions, the card stops working. I have contacted the support team for over a week, but there has been no response. The app appears untrustworthy, as it charges for a card that does not exist. I advise against using the app to avoid losing money.
