Nonsense. Payment fees are enormous and has nothing to do with bills themselves. Do not even try to pay through the app. Also impossible to view the bills, it opens up image gallery. Do not use it, force municipalities to get rid of it.

I love momma Destiny and everything she represents. the app downloaded. Will come back after a trial but trust ne.. she's good in anything she sets her mind to do. So I believe this is good.

Needs some improvements. When choosing something from the additional options (like Wallet, History) back button leaves the app entirely (very frustrating). Does not have "mark as read" notifications - as just opening them isn't enough to app to know I have done so. Notifications are tricky - not always popping up, even though I double checked that they are on. And who could have thought to look for Notification settings under Account?! Took me a while to find them.
