I used to love this app. But over the last year, like many other users, I'm not getting any alerts. I have it set up for all alerts at my selected locations, and I'm lucky if I get the "Liftoff" notice. I was blaming it on my old phone, but there is no change in performance (or lack there of) even with my new phone. I hope they can fix this very critical issue. I would love to put it back to 5 stars. Very disappointing.

Notifications stopped working. Un-installed and reinstalled to no avail. Friends also complained about the same. Filters only work on the home page, not on the launches page. If you don't open and look, you miss a launch. The launched rockets stay on ho.e page for days, even though you have only list for 24 hours.

I see from other recent reviews that the problem of not receiving launch notifications has been going on for months. At least I know the problem is not on my end. This is a CRUCIAL bug that makes the app almost useless to me. Everything used to work fine, so I donated without hesitation a long time ago. The lack of an in-app method to report bugs is a glaring flaw. The dev needs to respond to ongoing issues here. Sad to see the app trending this way.
