The app will not let you search back farther then 30 days. It does not separate calls when you set them as a parts jobs. The app just makes them look complete. Tells customers it's going to take you longer to get to their house the it actually does. There is no way to actually take a payment in the app update: They now have removed the ability to search completely. The developer doesn't think technicians need to locate job info when the office calls us to ask questions?

I've had to use this app for work for a few years now. It is horrendous. I can be in the app, switch to another to get info or do something else for a second, and the app has to load all over again sometimes taking 30 seconds or a minute. If it even loads at all sometimes it just kicks me out. Can't go back and look at previous day because it just glitches out and shoots me to a random day months back. Updates make stuff worse. Hope you get paid hourly because you'll waste time using this app.

SLOW and freezes. Unreliable job updates. I constantly have to restart this lousy app after each job. A ten minute process. No real text editor and doesn't recognize a carriage return. So all your tech notes look like run on sentences. Unless you are at dispatcher level, you can not access anything from a computer. Taking photos is a slow and cumbersome process. App is incapable of rembering its last settings. Useless if you loose cell service. This app does little to save a tech time.
