The app itself is great. However, as the dispatcher, my guys can't even open it 90% if the time, they cannot get directions from the app, they cannot contact customers many times. Guys are having to either force stop, uninstall and reinstall it reboot their phones many times during the day. the computer version is great, but I cannot be at my desk 24/7. My company runs twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Something does need to be done about the glitch that the new update has created.

Been using it for 2 years. It's easy to use and very organized. The problem is there's a new glitch every few days. And the support is almost non-existent. It's like rolling the dice when you're trying to schedule something from a phone on if it will work or not. Today it tells me address isn't valid for any address and when it gives the drop down menu it shows up for a fraction of a second and then disappears. 🤣

Updated 2026 review- still not great. If youd like several unexpected errors sending invoices to clients, property management tenants getting confused and constantly calling the wrong people or going to the wrong address because your system can't handle that a customer might own several properties, dispatchers constantly having to find creative work arounds to system flaws, then dispatch is for you! if you dont like those things, i'd look elsewhere. goodluck!
