The app itself is great. However, as the dispatcher, my guys can't even open it 90% if the time, they cannot get directions from the app, they cannot contact customers many times. Guys are having to either force stop, uninstall and reinstall it reboot their phones many times during the day. the computer version is great, but I cannot be at my desk 24/7. My company runs twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Something does need to be done about the glitch that the new update has created.

Opposite of productive! Since april of 2019 the app has been broken. Prior to that it worked well. Only android suffers from this issue. I recommend keeping the page where you can force close dispatch constantly open whilst you work. Other wise you're gonna lose alot more time then you already will by using this app. I have completely restored my phone and only downloaded dispatch and it's still unusable. Maybe in another year or 2 android's version of dispatch will work. Till then goodluck!

Been using it for 2 years. It's easy to use and very organized. The problem is there's a new glitch every few days. And the support is almost non-existent. It's like rolling the dice when you're trying to schedule something from a phone on if it will work or not. Today it tells me address isn't valid for any address and when it gives the drop down menu it shows up for a fraction of a second and then disappears. 🤣
