Very unprofessional from a proofreader's standpoint...lack of communication and clarity as to what is expected from the proofreader, rude in correspondence, and does not compensate fairly. There are better editing/proofreading apps available.

It's a very helpful, educative app for all of your professional editing. I would like my fellow compatriots to take not gracefully that eventually after your 300 word trial version it is ofcourse a paid up subscription which you can cancel anytime but it's worth the money for the level of professionalism, attention to detail and absolute dedication with 30m feedback. For as little as US$5 = R75 my local currency I got my Salary review letter reviewed, proofread, professionally edited and I cannot complain as I know if I had to engage the same services through a lawyer etc I would have parted with a huge chunk.

it's an awesome app and the important thing is it's free. I've started using it. but this app is a little bit slow to give results. I think if they work on it. then it's totally okay.
