About this app

EverythingApp is a collection of many small tools in a single app. Instead of searching for and installing a separate program for each task, you have all the helpers for organizing, planning, recording, and making decisions in one place. Everything is sorted by category, runs on both mobile and desktop, and can be placed on your home screen.

Some of the tools work immediately, without registration. Those who register for free also unlock all the apps that save data, synchronize across devices, and share it with others.

Usable without registration:

Wheel of Names – A wheel of fortune for quick, random decisions. Enter a name or option, spin it, and decide. A small statistic shows the previous results.

GameMaker – Create game rooms, invite players, and start small party games together. Everyone participates on their own device.

Work Time Calculator – Enter your target hours and breaks, and the calculator does the rest: It determines the appropriate arrival and departure times for the workday.

Route Planner – Create routes with multiple stops and navigate them as you go. Practical for tours, deliveries, or trips with multiple destinations.

Survey – Create survey rooms, let people vote, and see the results in real time, either as a grid or anonymously.

QR Code Generator – Convert links into QR codes, customize the design, and download as PNG or SVG.

To-Do – Create task lists, share them with others, check off completed tasks, and set reminders.

Board – Organize tickets and tasks in freely configurable columns; a personal Kanban board for projects and ideas.

Notes – Write notes with rich text formatting and edit them collaboratively.

Travel Planner – Plan trips and park visits with a calendar, attractions, and cost overview.

Home Planner – Organize your household together with others: meal planning, recipes, shopping lists, and tasks all in one place, optionally with a points system and rewards for motivation.

Time Tracking – Clock in and out at the touch of a button, automatically calculate overtime, and keep track in your calendar. This includes a dedicated project time tracking feature with timers, categories, and board integration.

Mail Inbox – Connect your mailbox via IMAP or POP3 and mark emails as read or completed.

Job Applications – Save interesting job postings, manage your application status, and take notes.

Split Screen – Open two apps side-by-side on your desktop and work simultaneously.
