Huddl brings together everything your group needs for weddings, birthdays, barbecues, game nights, get-togethers, and other gatherings: invitations, RSVPs, event chat, polls, event planning, and a shared album. Instead of distributing information via messengers, calendars, and photo apps, you'll find everything in one place.

PLAN & INVITE
• Create events with a cover image, location with a map, schedule, and all the important details.

• Invite friends via link, QR code, or directly in the app.

• Keep track of RSVPs, maybes, and RSVPs—including plus-ones and children.

• With Huddl Pro, you can also organize recurring events like regular meetups, sports groups, or game nights.

CHAT & DECIDE TOGETHER
• Use a dedicated group chat for each event.

• Reply directly to messages, react with emojis, and mention other guests.

• Send voice messages and vote on the date, food, or music with polls.

COLLECT PHOTOS & VIDEOS TOGETHER
• Collect your photos in a private album for each event.

• With Huddl Pro or Event Pass, video uploads and extended media limits are also available.

• Find memories sorted by date or person.

ALWAYS INFORMED
• Receive reminders before the event and notifications of changes.

• Export events to your calendar with a single tap.

• All information remains centrally accessible for invited guests.

BASIC FEATURES & OPTIONAL EXTENSIONS

• Smaller gatherings can be organized without a purchase.

• Huddl Pro is for regular hosts: more of your own events, series, more guests, more photos and videos, and additional co-hosts.

• The Event Pass is a one-time purchase for exactly one large, non-recurring event and is valid for 24 months from activation.

• Guests don't need their own Pro subscription to attend, RSVP, chat, or vote.

Huddl Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. The Event Pass does not renew automatically. Current prices and terms are displayed in the App Store or on Google Play before purchase.

YOUR EVENTS REMAIN PRIVATE

• Events and content are only visible to invited guests.

• Content can be reported, and people can be blocked.
