Kidsline is a matching platform for babysitters and housekeepers that you can easily request from your smartphone.
・Registration and monthly fees are free, and you can choose your own supporter according to your budget and request details.
- Supporters who babysit are only professionals who have passed a rigorous selection process and completed training. We have a large number of people with national qualifications such as childcare workers, midwives, and nurses.
・Supporters who take care of the housework include those who hold the organizing and storage advisor qualification, those with experience working in restaurants, and those with extensive experience as housewives, who undergo our unique classroom and practical training and pass the screening process.
- Not only can you see the supporter's profile in advance, but you can also check their track record and user reviews, so even first-time users can make a request with confidence and satisfaction.

We can look for and recruit supporters to meet a variety of requests, such as transportation to and from nursery school, sudden illness of your child, concerts or other events that you cannot take your child to, summer vacation lessons, daily cleaning and cooking, etc.

Membership registration is free. You can register your information and start using the service after completing the review.
(When requesting childcare, you will also need to register your child's information.)

[1].Supporter search
Search for supporters by specifying region and conditions.
You can find supporters who can meet your various needs, such as transportation, lessons, tutoring, housekeeping, etc.

[2].Reservation
Make a reservation (*) to the supporter you want to request.
You can also convey detailed requests to supporters using the app's message and reservation management functions.
*When requesting a babysitter for the first time, a face-to-face meeting or preliminary interview is required before making the reservation.

[3].Matching
Once you submit your reservation request, you will receive a quote from our supporter.
If there is no problem with the estimate, the reservation will be confirmed and matching will be established.

[4].Support
If you request childcare, a supporter will take care of your child on the day.
With housekeeping, the supporter will do the cleaning, cooking, etc. on the day of the event.
After the day's support ends, you can complete the payment by credit card within the service without directly exchanging cash.
