this is not an issue with the app itself. We are using an offer(500gb for 30 days) and it has been the worst network experience that I've ever had. I reached out to their support and at first they disabled the 5G as this may have presumably caused a conflict with the phone and network(we used the exact same offer during the offseason and it worked fine). It is still the same. I have to switch to roaming on my main SIM card to even use the internet. 1.8 trustpilot rating, do not use their product

Honestly, I can't believe that the company whose main occupation is selling electronics and IT support can't manage to make a simple app that works. I can't check my data usage or how much my bill is, i also can't check how many more minutes for calls I have or even which services I'm subscribed to. I've also been at their customer support office. People there are so incompetent that it's such a shame. It's like they never even finished any school.

Amateur app. Constant "server errors", then it says you created an annoucnt (even if server error did not let you do so) but it does not accept the password. I would rather get shot than use their app again
