I have purchased a 48€ package and it's meant to remove all the adds from the game beside the gems that I have received I tried to press on the video rewards after purchasing and was to my surprise that I was encountered with adds after trying to request a refund, unsuccessful and they flagged to Google witch made it impossible for me to recover my money absolutely horrible customer service,I will never play a game made by this company ever again

I've lost my characters and purchases again. all that money down the drain. now I have no gems, no 5x speed anymore, nothing. restore purchases button doesn't give them back. I like this game but I cant recommend it or you'll lose all your purchases and characters over and over again. RESTORE PURCHASES DOES NOT WORK! I bought that stuff before and I cant justify spending another $70 for it.

it's VIP version but still show ads. when it show ads, it's starting to get lagging. aside from the Grindy gameplay they're also greedy. you already placing ads when people want some Ruby, why you forcing ads shown outside from that segment. so vexxing, 1 star
