I've lost my characters and purchases again. all that money down the drain. now I have no gems, no 5x speed anymore, nothing. restore purchases button doesn't give them back. I like this game but I cant recommend it or you'll lose all your purchases and characters over and over again. RESTORE PURCHASES DOES NOT WORK! I bought that stuff before and I cant justify spending another $70 for it.

I have purchased a 48€ package and it's meant to remove all the adds from the game beside the gems that I have received I tried to press on the video rewards after purchasing and was to my surprise that I was encountered with adds after trying to request a refund, unsuccessful and they flagged to Google witch made it impossible for me to recover my money absolutely horrible customer service,I will never play a game made by this company ever again

This game is terrible, it's one of the worst Idle games I've seen, it's slow as hell unless you pay a lot of money to get higher speeds and better characters, after a few hours playing it I'd made barely any progress, avoid this game, there are many better Idle games than this one.
