Know what's coming – before it hits you.
notrigger4.me gives you trigger warnings and content warnings with exact timestamps for movies and TV series. See precisely when distressing scenes occur: suicide, self-harm, graphic violence, sexual violence, death of a child, animal harm, eating disorders, stalking, flashing lights/strobe and more – 22 categories in total. On a visual timeline you see the moment a scene starts, how intense it is – and when it's over, so you can skip it and keep watching.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Instead of a simple yes/no answer, you get a timeline: every marked scene
with its timestamp, a severity level (mild / moderate / severe), and a
short community note like "briefly mentioned" or "explicitly shown".
Optional end times tell you exactly how far to skip. A dedicated flashing
lights / strobe category helps photosensitive viewers plan ahead.

• Two modes: SHOW titles containing these scenes – or AVOID them and hide those titles
• Open a movie or series and see all marked scenes on the timeline,
episode by episode
• Missing a title? Add it in seconds via the built-in movie database search
