Ratings and reviews

After the February 2023 update, like many others, I found the following issues: can't download photos from the app, error: No permissions granted. Please check device settings. the app constantly logs me out, and requires entering a password to log on again double notifications for the same update In general, the app would be better if it provides an option to download all photos automatically rather than forcing me to download each one by hand.

What's the point of having a 'remember me' option on the login screen if it does not, in fact, remember me? Having to input my email and password multiple times a day whenever I open the app is so frustrating! I also have the session timeout option set to 30 days but this doesn't seem to do anything either.

only leaving a comment cos each time i open the app keeps asking for a review. incredibly annoying. out of frustration, i am leaving this comment to get rid of that annoying request. 2 weeks since leaving this review, still being prompted everytime i login to the app to review. Very annoying and frustrating. when does it stop!!
