After the February 2023 update, like many others, I found the following issues: can't download photos from the app, error: No permissions granted. Please check device settings. the app constantly logs me out, and requires entering a password to log on again double notifications for the same update In general, the app would be better if it provides an option to download all photos automatically rather than forcing me to download each one by hand.

Absolutely fantastic app! We receive regular updates throughout the day on meals, naps, activities, and photos, which gives real peace of mind while at work. The staff are incredibly thorough and caring, and the app makes us feel closely connected to our child’s day. An invaluable tool for parents, highly recommended!

Good app overall, but very buggy. Photo downloads are inconsistent: agreeing to save often downloads the image twice, so I started saying no just to get one copy. At one point the download prompt stopped appearing unless I closed and reopened the app. As of today, tapping download opens share options instead of saving the photo. Also, when reopening the app it briefly shows photos before logging me out, which doesn’t feel secure. The UX around photo saving really needs attention.
