Ratings and reviews

After the February 2023 update, like many others, I found the following issues: can't download photos from the app, error: No permissions granted. Please check device settings. the app constantly logs me out, and requires entering a password to log on again double notifications for the same update In general, the app would be better if it provides an option to download all photos automatically rather than forcing me to download each one by hand.

Appreciate the premise and purpose of the app. It is good for communicating messages between parents/caregivers and care setting. But it is very slow to load images, and when adding comments to observations the keyboard often covers the text box so you cannot see what you are typing

its a great app overall but it keeps logging me out everytime I'm not on the app and asks me to enable the biometrics everytime I have to log back in too, which is an absolute pain. with the biometrics in place, which is essentially 2 step verification, we shouldn't be logged out everytime we close the app.
