Secure logins can be sent to other family members and carers so you can all join in to celebrate your child’s development.

Ratings and reviews

After the February 2023 update, like many others, I found the following issues: can't download photos from the app, error: No permissions granted. Please check device settings. the app constantly logs me out, and requires entering a password to log on again double notifications for the same update In general, the app would be better if it provides an option to download all photos automatically rather than forcing me to download each one by hand.

great to get updates on our little one in nursery. The sign in is a bit of a letdown as you can see any updates briefly before it takes you to sign in.

very good app but I am unable to add a comments because the box to add a comment hides behind the controls on my android phone, at the very bottom of the phone. not sure if this can be rectified but that is my only issue Edit: the issue has now been fixed. many thanks 😊
