-------update------ after reaching out to through support email, problem now solved. i don't use this app often, but it has an important membership that I'm associated with. Now I need to renew my membership, but the app keeps on closing upon opening....I checked for updates, but nothing available, assuming my app is already up to date. it really sucks that the app is so unreliable.

When I was using this apps to create an account for epitex membership, this apps prompted error message despite my multiple tries. I wrote to the helpdesk for assistance and they reached out to me within the same day. After sending over the screenshot of the error message, they resolved my issue within the same day. I am impressed with their speed in following up and resolving my issues.

Seems that there's a lot of issues with the Body Shop card. I've not recieved my new Body Shop membership card and its very irritating and inconvenient. Edit: Uninstalled and reinstalled the app /again/ as recommended by the dev. Still no new membership card. My review stands this app is not the best and I hope Body Shop finds a different way to get their cards out, something with less shortcomings.
