-------update------ after reaching out to through support email, problem now solved. i don't use this app often, but it has an important membership that I'm associated with. Now I need to renew my membership, but the app keeps on closing upon opening....I checked for updates, but nothing available, assuming my app is already up to date. it really sucks that the app is so unreliable.

I have been used this app for a long time, but starting 2 weeks ago this app couldn't work properly. Everytime when try to open my card, it couldn't open. Really annoying and unfortunately I have to uninstall, looking for other app that can work properly.

When I was using this apps to create an account for epitex membership, this apps prompted error message despite my multiple tries. I wrote to the helpdesk for assistance and they reached out to me within the same day. After sending over the screenshot of the error message, they resolved my issue within the same day. I am impressed with their speed in following up and resolving my issues.
