The device seems to work OK. I do have some issues with the app itself. With my Google Pixel 7 the app displays off the screen making it impossible to select the options at the bottom of the app or the settings icon in the upper right unless I turn my phone to landscape. I have tried changing all the display options, but it doesn't change the app display. I am also unable to retrieve the initial graphical results displays after the initial test. I can access the logs but not the individual tests

There's no way to exit the app. It would be nice if they had some way to double tap back to exit or even just an added feature to select "exit" the app. I have to go into my app settings, then search for it and force the app to close, just to close the app. Other than that, it's great and really easy to use.

Thank you for the good idea. I have put this on our to-do list. In the mean time, you can tap the Android "|||" bars at the bottom left of your Android screen to see all your active apps and then swipe the tCheck app upward to close it. There are so many things wrong! Where do I start, I wish I would of read the reviews 1st. First of all, the app will not connect to the phone. No matter what I tried, it can not find the device. I e-mailed the support center at Tcheck and the auto response was, "it can take 2 days for them to respond to the email. They finally emailed me back and ask me to take a screen shot of the "about" on the phone and a few other things. I did that, they didn't respond till almost 24 hours. By that time, I was just DONE with the whole thing and returned the item. With all the bad reviews, I would not waste my money. Plus all the problems it has. The whole support center with the Tcheck team is a joke and so unprofessional! Don't Buy
