About this app

Trainow is the app for padel coaches who work for themselves. Your calendar, your players, your prepaid packages and your lesson reports live in one place, on your phone, whichever court you teach on today.

You do not need a club behind you. Add the venues you coach at, add your players, and your first lesson is in the calendar a few minutes later.

YOUR CALENDAR
• See today's lessons the moment you open the app: who, where, and whether it is paid by package or at the venue.
• Book a one-off lesson or a weekly series that repeats until the date you choose.
• Move a lesson, add or remove a player, cancel one lesson or the whole series.
• Publish open slots and let players ask for them. Accept, decline, or propose another time.

YOUR PLAYERS
• A roster of everyone you coach, searchable by name or phone.
• Each player's page shows their rating, lessons with you, credits left and their next lesson, with call and WhatsApp one tap away.
• If a player already uses Smart Padel, their level and history come with them.

PACKAGES AND WHO HAS PAID
• Create your own lesson packages: how many lessons, how long they last.
• Assign a package to a player and credits are counted down lesson by lesson.
• Record how you were paid: cash, transfer or card. Trainow keeps the ledger; it never touches the money.
• Set your cancellation policy once. Late cancellations show up as amounts to settle at the venue.

REPORTS THAT SHOW PROGRESS
• After a lesson, rate the skills you worked on across technical, tactical, physical and mental.
• Dictate a voice note instead of typing and turn it into written feedback.
• Set and verify a player's PPI rating, the padel player index used across Smart Padel.
• See skills grouped by category with averages and what has moved since last time.
• Trainow tells you which lessons still need a report, so none is forgotten.

YOUR PUBLIC COACH PAGE
• Every coach gets a page at trainow.me with their venues, packages and open slots.
• Players book from that link in the Smart Padel app and get reminders there.
