[Make your My Number Card smart.]

Cross ID is a digital ID and digital mailbox app, a necessity for the digital world of the future. It was created to eliminate the various hassles that abound in our everyday lives. Among the diverse services it integrates with, you can take advantage of the following features:

1. Identity Verification

Once you scan your My Number Card, it can be used as a reusable digital ID. Once you register for the first time*, you can complete identity verification on your smartphone, eliminating the need for a My Number Card or driver's license for authentication.

*If a Cross ID service provider requires official personal authentication, you will need to scan your My Number Card separately.

2. Electronic Authentication (Login)

Password-free login is available when accessing various services supported by Cross ID. To log in, simply enter the PIN (4-12 digits) registered during initial setup. (Biometric authentication is also available)

3. Receive digital notifications from your local government (digital mailbox)

You can now receive notifications from your local government digitally. Notifications that you previously received by mail, such as postcards or envelopes, can now be received digitally through Cross ID.
*Your local government must subscribe to our separate digital notification service (SmartPOST). Please note that not all mail will be digitized.

4. Electronic Signature

When signing electronically with various services that support Cross ID, you can digitally approve and consent. When signing electronically, enter the PIN (4-12 digits) registered during initial setup. (Biometric authentication is also available.)

In addition to the existing identity verification, electronic authentication, and electronic signature functions provided by the electronic certificate issued by xID, you can now complete identity verification, electronic authentication, and electronic signature functions online using your My Number card by holding your My Number card over your smartphone and entering your signature password (a combination of 6-16 digits of uppercase letters and numbers).
