I can’t see my ticket — the ‘retrieve’ button doesn’t appear. When I select ‘My Account’, the screen briefly stays dark (that view option is selected), but then it immediately turns completely white and nothing shows. I’ve already uninstalled the app, but the problem persists.

I've bought tickets online via my computer, it told me to download the app to my phone. the phone APP is not showing my tickets in any format.i have had to print them out with my computer. typical tech that dosen't work as it should. I hope the concert is organised better than this

Need to be able to select the previous night. For example it's 1 am on Sunday but I can't look at events that started on Saturday and are still going. A very important fix. Also add a map function to show events on a map. Do think and the app will be a lot better
