About this app

Do you own a Tesla and use smartphone navigation because the built-in navigation is inconvenient?

With Navi to Tesla, your destination is automatically synchronized with your Tesla vehicle's navigation system when using your smartphone.

Stop the inconvenience of using sharing features or manually operating your Tesla's navigation system.

It automatically synchronizes your destination with your Tesla vehicle's navigation system, limited to supported navigation apps.

* Supported Navigation Apps

- Tmap

- Kakao Navi

- (Beta) [Accessibility Activation Required] Naver Navi

* Important Note

- When using the app, the destination synchronized with your Tesla vehicle may not be your intended destination.

- This occurs because even if you share the exact address of your destination with the vehicle, Tesla may not properly support it, causing you to be directed to a different address.

- Please check that your destination has been successfully synchronized before you depart.

* Important Notice

- If the Tesla app is installed on your device, the destination is shared via that app. In this case, a separate Token is not required. - If the Tesla app is not installed on your device, a Tesla authentication token (Refresh Token) is required to use Navi to Tesla.

- You can obtain a token via the following methods:

- Desktop: https://github.com/adriankumpf/tesla_auth

- Web (Developer tools required): https://www.myteslamate.com/tesla-token/

- iOS: https://apps.apple.com/kr/app/auth-app-for-tesla/id1552058613

- The token is used solely for calling Tesla APIs and is securely encrypted and stored on your device.

- For users who share a vehicle, destination transmission is enabled only when connected to a specific Bluetooth port.

- Destination transmission is possible only in specific situations by integrating with external macro apps such as Tasker or Macro Droid.

* Information on Accessibility Features

- For some navigation apps (such as Naver Navi), Navi to Tesla can be used through Android's accessibility features. - Information Collected: We collect destination information for navigation; no other information is collected.

- Usage/Sharing: Data is transmitted to your own Tesla vehicle and is not shared with external servers or third parties.

- Destination information is cached and stored on the device and is automatically deleted after a certain period.

- You can use this feature after agreeing to and enabling it in Settings, and you can disable it at any time.

- This feature is optional; you can still use other navigation even if you disable it.

* Information on the "Display over other apps" permission

- This is required when transmitting destinations via the Tesla App.

- This permission is required to display a popup allowing you to select a destination if multiple destinations with the same name exist. You can disable this in Settings.
