FEATURES
Manage your orders
You can use the app to receive, mark as ready for collection, edit and cancel orders. Track the progress of your orders to ensure no customers are left waiting for too long, and keep them happy.
Manage your items and shop
Items out of stock? Have to close the shop temporarily? You can do it on the app to prevent wrong orders. No panic no stress.
Integration with delivery partners
COOX allows integrations with major partners including Grab, foodpanda and ShopeeFood. You can manage all of the incoming orders solely on this app, no more cluttering your kitchen with multiple devices, so you can save more space for your food essentials.
Order printing
You can link the app to a bluetooth low-energy printer, then it'll automatically print out a docket for incoming orders. Kitchen staffs can clip the docket for reference to prepare the ordered food. You can also print a copy with prices as receipt for customers.
POS system
Contact us at https://coox.asia/#contact if you wish to use the POS feature. With this, you can create orders with attached customer info, apply custom discount code, and record the sales data for daily end-of-day sales report. Also support staffs' shift rotation via clock-in and clock-out.
