they charge you if you don't let the bike exactly where you take it from. 5-10 euros. you have to be very careful about your timing.

Hello. You do not need to return the bike to the start. You can park in any approved Parking Zone shown on the app map. Parking outside these regulated areas incurs a €25 relocation fine to ensure city compliance. Please always consult the in-app map before ending your ride to avoid any extra charges. Thank you.

Scam. Says you have to have 2 euros topped up to have a ride and then allows you to only top up 10, 20 or 40 euros. Should be ashamed.

Hello. Mercury-E is no scam. The €2 minimum balance is required to unlock a bike. Topping up in increments (€10/€20/€40) reduces multiple banking fees, keeping ride rates low. Unused wallet funds can be refunded anytime by emailing support@mercury-e.gr (note: bank processing refunds incur a €6 fee). Thank you.

the bikes are really heavy. My seat could not be lowered so riding on it was exceptionally dangerous as I couldn't touch the floor. You have to add a said amount and if you don't use it you have to email the company to get it back but there is a fee for this. DO NOT USE.

Hello. Heavy frames ensure safety. For faulty bikes, rides under 5min/150m get a free wallet refund to pick another. Our top-up covers gateway fees, while external cash refunds incur bank charges. Please email support@mercury-e.gr with your account info so we can check your ride details and assist you directly.
