Terrible UX, zero support when something goes wrong. the bike i rented turned off shortly after i started the trip even though it said it had battery. the app forced me to carry the bike back to the parking zone to end the trip, with the pedals locked I had to push like a huge boulder. And I paid way too much for this horrible experience. Never again

Hi! If your bike stops working, there's no need to carry it back to the parking station. Just send us an email at support@mercury-e.gr and we will end your ride. Our local partner will collect it. Please leave it somewhere safe.
Unlock another bike to continue your journey, and we will refund all the extra costs to your in-app wallet.

Demands you to add 0.5€ to add a card. You need to have at least 3.5€ to ride. Minimum you can add is 6€. I lost 0.5€ cause I only wanted one ride. Didn't even get to ride.

clearly a disservice... First bike had steering alignment issues. I did 50m i paid 2+€. The second one had low battery I left it after a couple of minutes... They ask for a deposit. If you are a casual user you are forced to leave with them the rest of the fee.. Even though I'm a big fun of e-mobility I didn't have fun with this choice. Be careful.
