scam! app doesn't work well, you can't even properly use the bikes and yet they still charge you

the bikes are really heavy. My seat could not be lowered so riding on it was exceptionally dangerous as I couldn't touch the floor. You have to add a said amount and if you don't use it you have to email the company to get it back but there is a fee for this. DO NOT USE.

clearly a disservice... First bike had steering alignment issues. I did 50m i paid 2+€. The second one had low battery I left it after a couple of minutes... They ask for a deposit. If you are a casual user you are forced to leave with them the rest of the fee.. Even though I'm a big fun of e-mobility I didn't have fun with this choice. Be careful.
