Obtaining the e-Ticket to use the Rotary Parking?

You can purchase e-Ticket with the monitors that will be properly identified and roaming the areas where there are regulated spaces. You can also head to affiliates selling points that will be clearly identified in the regulated areas.
And for your better convenience can download the APP EstacionamentoFacil for Phones / Smartphones, which will enable registered users to purchase credits for purchase of e-Tickets.

Using the APP EstacionamentoFacil?

Search the app store from your mobile phone / smartphone APP EstacionamentoFacil after installation will be asked the simple registration with Name, Email, Phone and Password.
After the registration done, the user can acquire credits for purchase of e-Tickets using your credit or debit card. In the APP can view the history of credit acquisition made in EstacionamentoFacil, and always have to hand your balance to purchase new e-Tickets.
Transactions with credit / debit card will be protected, being made directly to the Operator. With this the card information is not stored, avoiding any possibility of misuse of information.
With credits acquired the user can through the APP EstacionamentoFacil activate the e-Ticket by tariffs and periods regulated by the Municipal Act.
The user will receive a confirmation e-Ticket purchase validation, it is not necessary to address the Monitoring or parked vehicle.

How to use e-Ticket in the Revolving Parking?

The system will use digital technology to issue e-Ticket allowing, after you purchase the e-Ticket (for monitors / accredited posts / APP), the vehicle license plate is registered in the system, validating the vehicle's length of stay in the job .
That way you will not need the user to return the vehicle to validate the period or leave any kind of ticket printed in a visible place, as in the conventional system.

The responsibility for monitoring the regularity of vehicles parked in regulated positions will be held by the Traffic Agents city of Aparecida.

When the vehicle parked irregularly?

It will be considered illegally parked vehicle:
Exceeding the maximum parking allowed in each area;
User does not activate the e-Ticket in the monitored period;
Are using different ticket that adopted by the municipality of Aparecida;

What happens when the vehicle is parked without a valid ticket for the period?

According to item XVII art. 181 of the Brazilian Traffic Code and other relevant regulations, non-compliance with the conditions specifically regulated by signaling (plate - Rotary Park) provides application Auto Traffic Violation (serious type 5 (five) points in CNH) with application Penalty ticket, and further subjected to removal of the vehicle.
