How to acquire the e-tiquete to use in the Rotating Parking?
The user will be able to purchase e-Tiquete from the Monitors who will be properly identified and circulating in the areas where there are regulated vacancies. You can also go to affiliated points of sale that will be clearly identified in the regulated areas.

How to use the ParkingFacil APP?
Look for the ParkingFacil APP in the app store on your cellphone/smartphone, after installation you will be asked to simply register with Name, Email, Telephone and Password.
After registration, the user will be able to purchase credits to purchase the e-Tiquetes, using their credit or debit card. In the APP, you will be able to view the history of credit purchases carried out at ParkingFacil, in addition to always having your Balance at hand for the purchase of new e-Tickets.
Credit/debit card transactions will be protected, being made directly with the Operator. With this, the card information will not be stored, avoiding any possibility of misuse of the information.
With the acquired credits, the user can, through the ParkingFacil APP, activate the e-Tíquete at the rates and periods regulated by the Municipal Law.
The user will receive confirmation of the validation of the e-ticket purchased, and it is not necessary to go to the Monitor or to the parked vehicle.
How to use the e-Tiquete in the Rotary Parking?
The system will use digital technology to issue the e-Tiquete, allowing that, after the user purchases the e-Tiquete (through monitors/accredited stations/APP), the vehicle's license plate is registered in the system, validating the period of permanence of the vehicle in the space .
This way, it will not be necessary for the user to return to the vehicle to validate the period or leave any type of ticket printed in a visible place, as occurs in the conventional system.
The responsibility for inspecting the regularity of vehicles parked in regulated spaces will be carried out by the Traffic Agents of the Municipality of Biritiba Mirim.
When is the vehicle parked irregularly?
The vehicle that:
Exceed the maximum parking period allowed in each area;
User does not activate the e-Tiquete in the period inspected;
Are using a different ticket from the one adopted by the Municipality of Biritiba Mirim;
What happens when the vehicle is parked without a Ticket valid for the period?
Pursuant to item XVII of art. 181 of the Brazilian Traffic Code and other relevant regulations, failure to comply with the conditions specifically regulated by the sign (sign - Rotating Parking), provides for the application of a Traffic Violation Notice (serious type 5 (five) points on the CNH ) with application of a Penalty of Fine, and still subject to removal from the vehicle.
